'This is designed for use with Infrared films and, it is digital compatible.The Wratten 89B (R72) filter is generally considered to be the most useful as it can be used with all Infrared films eg Kodak HIE, Konica 750, Ilford SFX200 and Agfapan APX 200S
- The 89B (R72) is probably the best choice as it gives a true infrared effect
- For the technically minded, the R72 passes only infrared rays above 720nm.In ordinary photography, with infrared black and white or colour film, the standard yellow, orange and red filters can be used with the infrared filter to change the contrast or colour effect.For black and white use with digital cameras, please check your camera has a black and white mode.'
